The Municipality of Agrinio invites you to the screening of the documentary titled "Roofless Dreams" by Sotiris Danezis, on May 20, 2025, at 7:30 PM, at the "Ellinis" open-air cinema, in the city of Agrinio.

The purpose of this action is to raise public awareness about the phenomenon of Homelessness. Through the screening of "Roofless Dreams," the viewers' gaze will turn to the people they may have encountered in the past, even outside the darkened room, on some street corner, and passed by hastily.

Guests and speakers are Sotiris Danezis, creator of the documentary and founder of Danezis Stories, and Maria Karra, founder of Emfasis Non-Profit with members of her team.

The documentary was produced with the support of the "TIMA" Charitable Foundation and records, over thirteen months, the stories of five protagonists of survival who live on the streets or under the threat of homelessness. It focuses on the efforts of Emfasis Non-Profit to support them under adverse conditions. Abuse, prison, loss of loved ones... Many of their struggles resemble our own, and the same is true of their dreams.
