Since 2013, Emfasis Non-Profit, an independent and non-profit initiative, has been advocating for the right to dignity and providing immediate relief to those experiencing or at risk of homelessness and social exclusion.

Our mission is to provide relief, support, and empowerment to those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in every corner of Greece.
To be the first to reach those in need, offering meaningful support through field-based social work.
To enhance the visibility of socially excluded groups, contributing to their destigmatization.
To expand our methodology nationwide, empowering other actors and promoting the values of volunteerism.
To strengthen our partnerships with organizations that share our vision for a more compassionate and just society.
Emfasis’ specialized Streetworkers operate actively in the field, supported by trained volunteers and equipped with three (3) Mobile Support Units.
Their daily work focuses on ensuring that the most vulnerable members of the community have access to vital social welfare services, such as housing and psychosocial counseling.
At the same time, through the organization’s Supply Management Center, they provide essential goods and respond to individualized requests.
We believe in the inherent worth of every individual. We treat all people with respect, regardless of their living conditions, and provide support in a way that preserves their dignity.
We stand in solidarity with those in need. We work collectively with the aim of building a society where no one is left behind.
We don't just speak – we act immediately against homelessness. We offer psychosocial counseling, food support, emergency humanitarian aid, and implement advocacy initiatives to protect the rights of the vulnerable.
We constantly seek new and effective ways to address homelessness. We invest in research and the development of innovative initiatives that tackle the root causes of the phenomenon.
Our goal is to empower individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness to regain control of their lives. We provide opportunities for education, training, and skill development, helping them rebuild their future.
Transparency is a fundamental principle of our work. We manage our resources responsibly, ensuring that our actions bring about meaningful change in the lives of the people we support.
In this context, we publish annual financial reports and social impact statements, allowing donors, partners, and the wider community to have a complete picture of our work and its social footprint.
